It’s always difficult to start – or to write the first post on a blog like this. At this point, you are lucky that people even reached your blog, now it’s your task to make sure they stay and/or come back (at the time of this writing, there won’t be a lot of reasons to really stay here, but in the future, this will hopefully change). What do you have to write so people think “wow, this blog is going to be pretty interesting?”?
Well, it probably wont hurt to tell you what we (yes, there’s more than one) want to accomplish here. Because the title of our Blog – Experimental Blog – could mean anything (We discussed if we should add a subtitle, and I am sure we will in the very near future, but for now, there is nothing besides “Experimental Blog” to tell you what exactly we are doing here.).
We create games. Computer games, right there for you to play. Sure, there are… about a zillion games already on the web, so why bother with these? The point is, we don’t know either – yet. In fact, it’s not so much that we are generous and let you play what we made – it’s that we are after your feedback. See, we don’t just take any random puzzle, arcade game or shooter and then say “Let’s do this!”. We try to make something a little more unique. We want our games to surprise you – and although we want to keep the rules simple, the games shall be able to entertain you quite a while.
They don’t? Don’t hesitate – tell us. Say that you hate it. But also tell us what you want us to improve. Tell us whats bugging you and if you want, how it could be improved – that’s the feedback we need. Constructive is the keyword!
On the other hand, there are also the encouraging comments. And thats important as well. It does take time to create these games, so we appreciate any and every “nice”-post of you. It just brings a smile to your face when you know that someone, somewhere enjoyed the game!
All in all, this is a project that could go anywhere. What we want is feedback for our games, as well as a platform to show them. Other than that, there will also be the comment from me or Turrican – whats going on with our life and/or the games. Don`t worry, we won’t bore you to death too often!
I’ve now talked long enough, it’s time to start this project. There are a few games already finished (some of them published already), and the next few posts will be about them. So check back later and see what happened in our labs!

(By the way – english isn’t our native language, so excuse our mistakes – we will make some. Don’t point and laugh at our language, point and laugh at our games!)

I like this. Really. But you know that. Maybe this advances to something bigger, who knows?;-)

This is the beginning of something fun and interesting! I’m looking forward to seeing/playing the games you guys send our way.
Good luck with your project (s)
